21 DAY BEHAVIORAL CHANGE

The technique is so simple yet incredibly effective. When you get into bed, pop on the fabric sleep headset (provided) and connect it to your smart phone via Bluetooth. Select the appropriate audio track and simply relax, close your eyes and go to sleep (the audio will help you to easily fall sleep).

Continue this for at least 21 days. This is the amount of time that it takes us humans to permanently update any behaviour.

To keep a record of your success, fill out the record sheet we provided and measure yourself in the designated parts of your body.  

Don’t worry if your body weight reduces slowly. It’s your shape and size that’s more important and this will begin to reduce, at the speed that is right for you, after the first few days.
